Creating an exceptional customer experience while remaining committed to client safety and satisfaction is our top priority. We have adopted the following policies and micropigmentation industry best practices with this goal in mind. We respect every client’s time equally and value the trust they place in us. Several of the required client forms reference these stated policies and, specifically, that your signature serves as acknowledgment that you have read, understand and will comply. So please take a moment to ensure that you truly do understand and adhere to the policies below. We welcome your questions should you have any.

UPON ARRIVAL

  • An early arrival is not necessary; ample time has been allotted to ensure that all of our attention may be focused on the client at hand; this includes time to review paperwork and answer questions prior to the procedure.

  • Parking spaces are available on the side of the building; additional parking is available along the side street (Carter) or out front on Broadway; the studio is on the first floor, however, there are several steps to access the building; please note, there is no ramp.

  • With exception to the shared foyer, the entire first floor is Beautiful Browz; please come on in if the door to the studio is open; if the door is closed, please make yourself comfortable in the chairs provided in the foyer.

GUESTS

  • Permanent makeup procedures require the full attention of the technician, and we respectfully ask that you come to your appointment unaccompanied; understandably, anyone other than the technician and the client is a distraction in the procedure room, and we ask that you plan accordingly.

  • Under no circumstances will anyone under the age of 18 be allowed in the procedure room; arriving for a procedure with an unsupervised minor will result in the appointment being cancelled and all deposits will be forfeited.

  • For health and sanitation purposes, pets are not allowed in our studio. If you have a registered service animal, please contact us in advance with documentation of registration and purpose of service animal. Admittance will be denied without prior approval. Emotional support animals are not an approved service animal, and access will not be given.

  • Adult guests during consultations are acceptable.

RUNNING LATE?

  • It happens to all of us on occasion, and we will do our best to accommodate for unforeseen circumstances; however, if you are more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule your appointment and the policies and fees outlined will apply. Due to the nature of our work and the precision required, we will not rush your appointment or infringe upon the appointment of another client.

  • If you are running late, please pull over to the side of the road and call us so that we can determine if your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Phone calls or texts are the only acceptable communication in this situation. Emails and social media are not acceptable.

  • If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment you will be considered a “No Call, No Show” and all deposits will be forfeited; in addition, you will be required to pay the balance of your appointment before you may re-book.  

RESCHEDULING

  • 72-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment; non-compliance with this policy will result in a forfeit of your entire deposit and, should you wish to schedule a new appointment, a new booking fee will be collected before proceeding.

  • All requests to reschedule must be made by phone, text or email; social media is not acceptable communication.

  • Do not assume that your request to reschedule has been received unless you receive confirmation from Beautiful Browz that it has, indeed, been received.

  • We reserve the right to limit compliant instances (72+ hour notification) to one (1); meaning you may only reschedule once, after which you will forfeit your entire deposit regardless of the circumstances.

NO SHOW, NO CALL

  • Beautiful Browz has a zero-tolerance policy for a ‘No Show, No Call’ for any procedure; your entire deposit will be forfeited, and no future appointments will be accepted.

  • If you are a ‘No Show, No Call’ to a complimentary touch-up appointment you will forfeit this complimentary service as well as the option to reschedule.

  • If you are a ‘No Show, No Call’ to a consultation appointment you will forfeit your consultation fee; it will up the discretion of the owner of Beautiful Browz should you wish to schedule a new consultation, at which time a new consultation fee will be required to proceed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If you choose to cancel your appointment, for any reason, your deposit will automatically be forfeited.

  • Beautiful Browz reserves the right to re-schedule any appointment at their discretion due to any situation or occurrence which is unforeseeable or out of our control without penalty or exception.

CONSULTATION FEE (non-refundable)

  • Unfortunately, not everyone is a good candidate for permanent makeup procedures. There are a multitude of contraindicators and factors that may affect the outcome of your results. It is also important that you find a permanent makeup artist that is the right fit for you.

  • Two factors play a critical role toward a successful outcome. One is receiving candid client responses in the Client Intake and Health History form, and the other is having a productive consultation with clients in advance of scheduling any procedure. Therefore, all new clients are required to attend a consultation appointment with our technician prior to booking any service.

  • Video conferencing is great for a multitude of business interactions, but it is not an appropriate platform for a permanent makeup consultation; therefore, we ask that our potential new clients schedule an ‘in-person’ consultation.

  • Consultation fees are $50 and are non-refundable; however, should you choose to move forward and schedule a procedure with Beautiful Browz, your Consultation Fee will be applied toward the balance due at the time of that specific procedure.

BOOKING DEPOSIT (non-refundable)

  • Beautiful Browz requires a $100 Booking Fee in order to reserve your appointment.

  • Booking fees are non-refundable.

  • Booking fees will be applied toward the balance due at the time of the procedure.

  • You will receive a confirmation when your Booking Fee has been received. Please take note that your appointment is NOT considered confirmed until the Booking Fee has been received in full. If you have not received confirmation from Beautiful Browz within 24 hours this means that we did not receive your deposit and you do not have an appointment with us.

  • By scheduling a service clients agree to issue payment in full at the time of service

PAYMENT DUE IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE PROCEDURE

  • No exceptions

  • Payment options: major credit card, Venmo or cash (if paying in cash please bring exact change as cash is not kept on premises)

  • Checks are not an acceptable form of payment.

CLIENT SATISFACTION

  • Permanent makeup is an art, and you are the canvas. And, although many canvases may appear to be similar on the surface, every canvas is unique. Every canvas has underlying characteristics that make receiving and retaining pigment different. There is no guarantee that the healed results will be as anticipated. Our technicians are committed to investing in the tools and training to become and remain masters of their trade. You have chosen to make the financial investment in the art of micropigmentation, and we truly appreciate that you have put your trust in Beautiful Browz. In order to make your investment a success, we ask that you also invest in making the canvas as receptive as possible prior to your procedure by understanding and adhering to the pre- and post-procedure care protocols. In order to achieve the very best results possible, please know that your complimentary touch-up visit is as important as the initial visit. This second visit will allow us to evaluate how your canvas reacts to the pigment and to address areas that require fine tuning. Nothing gives us greater joy professionally than seeing the beautiful outcome on our client’s faces.
